Express Shipping

Express Shipping is available and will be optional during the checkout process. Express Postage is charged at a rate determined by the parcel dimensions. Smaller orders are sent via Australia Post Express Service, while larger orders are sent via Toll Ipec Road Express Courier.

Under normal operating conditions, we expect orders sent via our Free Australia wide shipping to take 3-7 business days. Express Shipping is normally expected to take between 2-5 business days.

Due to the implications of Covid-19, there has been an increase in transit time delays nationwide. Stitch & Straw cannot guarantee orders will arrive on time. If you do need your order to arrive in a timely manner, we are confident in saying orders shipped using the Express option will arrive must faster than the Free Shipping option.

What if I order from outside of Australia?

International Clothing orders are shipped free of charge via a standard international courier service. Other products on our site will incur a shipping charge when added to your cart.

All Stitch & Straw purchases are backed by our 30 day returns policy.

From time to time, you may purchase a product that doesn't suit you or simply doesn't fit. To provide you with the best shopping experience, we offer you a 30-day Return Policy which begins at the time of delivery.
